RETURN POLICY

YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Return authorizations will be issued within approximately 48 hours of the initial request. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY EMBROIDERERD ITEMS.

ITEMS AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF AUTHORIZATION DATE TO QUALIFY FOR ANY APPLICABLE REFUND AMOUNTS
ALL SALES OF CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL

We strongly recommend using a service that provides you with package tracking and insurance, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEX. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Or you may come into our Head to Toe Location.

We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee on any items returned for exchange. Shipping charges to return the items to us are the customer's responsibility. Pricing difference for exchanges will be refunded or charged upon receipt of returned item(s) and shipment of exchanged item(s). In addition, shipping will be charged to ship the new item(s) to you. All returns must be in "sellable condition" for a refund to be considered. Sellable condition means that the item has not been laundered, worn or altered and must be in the original package with the manufacturer tags attached. Items must also be free from all stains including, but not limited to, makeup, food, deodorant and pet hair. Item must also be free of all odors including, but not limited to, smoke, food and perfume.


Refused shipments are subject to shipping charges and restocking fees regardless of the amount of the order.

Unless otherwise stated, all returns are to be shipped to Head to Toe Uniforms or you will be provide an alternate shipping address.

ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
